  Yes, you can. You may also, login to our members area and watch them as many times as you want as long as you have a valid membership.
  
  
• Why can't I get to the videos? I get an Access Denied Error.
  
  Make sure you're not typing the URL in your browser, and make sure you haven't book-marked it. The only way to get to the videos is to click on the link in the member area. If you try to get to the videos any other way, you will get this error.
  
  
• Why doesn't the video page load completely?
  
  Sometimes even when you're on a fast connection like Cable or DSL things can still be slow, due to many possible reasons. Please be patient and give it some time, especially if you're on a modem connection. If it's just taking way too long, it's possible that the servers are overloaded with traffic so please try again later.
  
  
• My browser crashes when I try to play a video, what's wrong?
  
  It's possible that you're viewing videos with Java, which can crash certain browsers sometimes. To avoid this make sure you have the latest browser, if you don't, upgrade in the Download Area . If you're browser still crashes, try playing the videos with QuickTime, which you can also get in the Download Area , it's free and we recommend using it over Java, plus a lot of videos will play sound if you use QuickTime.

  No. The videos can be viewed with Java, which a IE or Netscape support. You can also get QuickTime video player for free. The standard QuickTime is free, but there is a Pro version that is not, make sure you download the free one. You will have to fill out a form to download this player. You can download QuickTime in the Download Area .
